CANCELLATION POLICY
Failure by the sponsor to pay before the deadline may be subject to cancellation of their registration.

Any cancellations by the sponsor/exhibitor after the organizing committee has received the signed sponsorship registration will not be eligible for reimbursement.

In case of force majeure reasons, the organizing committee may change the date or location of the event, or cancel the event altogether. In the latter case, the amount paid will be reimbursed 100%. No other types of claims will be accepted.
