      DEADLINE for Sponsor Registration is November 5 to be included in printed materials. After November 5, please contact Nicole at (916)505-1821 or email nicole@agamsi.com for availability.

    CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
    Cancellations requests must be received in writing (email nicole@agamsi.com). There is a $25 fee for cancellations at any time. Cancellations received before November 5 will be refunded in full less the $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations received after November 5th will be refunded ONLY if we are able to resell the exhibit space. Refunds will not be given at any time for Individual Event Sponsorships.
